ORDERS
1. Please email us your order/shopping cart to us via this website or to 1938anabolics@gmail.com
2. Once we have received your order we will reply to you with regards to making payment.
3. Once we have received payment we will inform you of when you can expect your product tp be delivered.
4. We operate manually and therefore it can take up to 48hours to process orders, orders are only processed during week day Moday-Friday.
SHIPPING
1. We can deliver to any place in South Africa and certain other countries, please contact us to see if we can deliver to your country.
2. We operate via private courier and orders may take between 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered.
3. Our courier services allow the package to be delievered without signatures once recieved.
4. We do not deliver to Post Office or P.O Boxes, please contact us to make other arrangements.
5. We charge an extra R60.00 per delivery, this will form part of your total payment.
6. We only ship Monday-Friday and once your order is shipped we will inform you.
PACKAGING
All packages are shipped with maximum discretion to ensure highest delivery success.
1. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
2. Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success.
3. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment Handling charge).
4. We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in ( because we are ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
RETURNS
We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied , you may return the product to us for a refund of the product's purchase price, not including shipping/handling charges if applicable. Although over 98% of our customers are satisfied with our products and service and we are striving to make this rate of satisfaction 100%, we realize that occasionally some people will not be satisfied. We want you to be happy with our products and services and recommend us to your friends. We will do anything we can to make you, our valued customer, satisfied, by either issuing a refund or replacing the item free of charge, whichever you choose. Please note: We cannot replace or exchange a product AND issue a refund, it's "either or", not both
